2.3 Payment processing. Payments are handled by third‑party processors. Access to digital products is personal to the purchasing individual. Physical merchandise orders are fulfilled to the delivery address provided at checkout.

2.4 Chargebacks. Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may be treated as breach and forwarded to collection.

3) Refunds, Cancellations & Access

Default rule (unless the sales/marketing page for a product states otherwise):

3.1 Digital products & live programmes. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed a substantial part of the digital content or attended live sessions. Once substantial access occurs, refunds are unavailable except as required by law.

3.2 Memberships/subscriptions. Cancel any time to stop future renewals. For the first charge, you may request a refund within 14 days, provided you have not accessed a substantial part of members‑only content or attended live sessions during that period. For renewals just processed, you have 14 days to request a refund on the same basis.

3.3 Physical merchandise. Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided items are unused, unworn, in original packaging and with tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Personalised or custom‑printed items are non‑refundable unless defective. To initiate a return, email tapmediaadmin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

3.4 How to request. Email tapmediaadmin@gmail.com with subject “Refund Request”, including your order email and order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (timing may vary by bank/processor).

3.5 Delivery. The digital Service is considered delivered when any one of the following occurs: (a) credentials issued; (b) digital content made available for streaming/download; (c) digital tools (spreadsheets, calculators, templates) delivered or made accessible; (d) live coaching/mentorship scheduled or attended; (e) community access granted; (f) booking links or call invites sent. Physical merchandise is considered delivered when the courier confirms delivery or the item is collected.

3.6 Event changes by us. If we postpone or cancel a live programme, you may choose a new date, account credit, or refund per the product page terms.

3.7 Abuse/fraud. We may refuse future sales, revoke access, or close accounts in cases of refund abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms breaches.
